Hotels in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts

My husband and I have gone to Hyannis on vacation for several years now. We always stay at the International Inn. The rooms are beautifully decorated and always clean. The Jacuzzis are wonderful! The restaurant has a great staff and we love the package plans that include dinner. As I said we always go to the International Inn.

At first I laughed at the name, but soon fell in love with the cuddle. My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary in the Regency Suite and we're actually going back this July with a slight upgrade; the Waldorf and then the Princess on our last day. I loved the little gift shop and all the special packages you can add. I've never been to a hotel before that catered that much to romance. We will continue to make the cuddle our anniversary destination.

My boyfriend and I just came back to Boston from a 2 nights stay in the inn on 5/21, and we had great memories of that place! We stayed in the Plaza Suite for 2 nights. It was a special weekday deal for $199, a rent-one-get-one free night plus a free dinner for 2. I purchased their gift certificate, and was given another night for free (selective room), which can be use anytime up to a year. We also received free champagne (surprising good) and free mugs. The Plaza Suite was big and clean, and the Jacuzzi was huge and sparkly clean (would be a nice touch if they provides some hand lotion). Loved the huge projection TV in the living room. There were mirrors everywhere, and it was thoughtful placed in areas where we can watch TV even when we were away from the room. The deco was too flowery for our taste, but it brought out the cottage charm. The bedcover was a bit too dark and stuffy, but the mattress was firm to my liking although a bit too hard for my b-friend. The wet bar was convenience and comes with a kitchen sink. All in all, we loved the suite. We felt so homely in it that we actually stay in the 2nd night and make dinner!
The location was unbeatable - right In the middle of downtown. The staff at the front desk were polite and took great care in explaining the guests policy. The wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. It was my boyfriend birthday and I wanted to surprise him, so I had requested in advance to have the b-day cake brought out after dinner on the first night. I had asked if our wait staff could sing happy b-day, to my surprise the whole crew came out singing with the cake, balloon, teddy bear, and mugs! He drew so much attention that all the patrons clapped. It truly made his day. Meal was good. At first, we thought the food was going to be so-so, but the crispy duck and the rack of lamb we ordered turned out above average. The ducks was especially good. This was our first real trip to the Cape, and the wonderful memories of our stay in this hotel will certainly make us come back for more.

I started going to the hotel in feb 2005 since then I have been back 3 times! I love it! My fiance' and I love getting away for a night to cuddle in the jacuzzi and order room service with a few mixed drinks. The food and drinks taste great! They even give you a souviner glass with the mixed drink to remember your night!! I have stayed in the victorian and the princess Jr suite but I have also seen the waldorf, regency, and vip room and I would have to say the princess Jr was the best because the jacuzzi was right next to the bed! The outside of the hotel looks disappointing but don't let that fool you the part that counts, the inside, is beautiful! The staff is very lovely! Always smiling always ready to serve! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! I love it so much I am due back in 6 days! Anyone that complains about this hotel should just stay home!It is better than any hotel I have stayed at in the city! The Park Plaza hotel in Boston has nothing on this place! Check it out you'll be glad you did!
